Graduation and moving

So I know this is about a month late, but Kyle has been on the computer every chance he could get studying so I had to wake up early this morning to steal it away from him.

After 2 1/2 years of intense schooling, Kyle had passed all his tests and rotations, and GRADUATED! We were so proud of him and this great accomplishment!

And with no clue what we were to do, we decided to head west. That is what our ancestors did and they found Utah, so we took the same trek, but in a very large yellow Penske (heated) truck.
And special thanks to the "moving" quorum that helped us out with our move, we wouldn't have ever gotten here without you!

The original plan was to leave right after graduation that next day we could leave at 6 am and send Bailey off with Kyle's parents. But the day of graduation we found out she is anemic and they don't know why so we ended up in the hospital when we were supposed to be driving. Luckily they just drew her blood and then we could leave. So we ended up not leaving until about 3 pm that day and we only drove about 2 hours outside of New Haven because we wanted Bailey to get a good night sleep for the long day we were going to have the next day. Well our delay in our trip became a blessing because that next day when we were driving we saw at least 20 cars and semitrucks that had slid off the side of the road the night before. We missed the storm by an hour and we were so blessed! So that next day we drove like crazy, and I got to drive!

So we were very blessed and watched over the whole way to Utah. We made it to Utah on Friday at 6 pm to my parents house. We unpacked that next day with the help of my brother in laws and the missionaries here, although really just the in-laws. :) Luckily my parents have a whole garage that they don't use that we can use as our storage unit. We are slowly moving things inside and unpacking. Our stay here may be longer than we planned or hoped for, but its ok, the rent is just right and so is the 'restaurant' right upstairs :).

Kyle is currently studying like crazy to take his board exam next Wednesday, and then focusing on the job hunt. I currently finished up my Book of Mormon class at BYU and just have to take my final by next week.

That's an update to our lives here in Utah. We are missing our friend terribly in Connecticut and wishes we can find friends like that here.
